This has been a coming for a long time.
Japans own Street Fighter sensation “Daigo Umehara”, one of the best Street Fighter players in the World today will be attending this Years Super VS Battle thanks to Madcatz.
For those that don’t know, Daigo is now part of Team MadCatz and also won the Super Street Fighter 4 tournament at Evolution 2010 in the USA, which had well over 1000 players.
Now, the Evo 2010 Champ is coming to take on some of Europe’s best players to try and take it all.
If you want to play against one of the Worlds greatest Street Fighter players, make sure you attend Super VS Battle 20-X.
Just like last year, Dramatic Battles will take place in various regions throughout the UK to find regional Champions for NeoEmpire.com’sSuper VS Battle 20-X.
All Dramatic Battle Champions will gain free entry into the Super VS Battle event and into the tournament game they win at the Dramatic Battles. So if you win a Super Street Fighter 4 tournament at a Dramatic Battle, you will get entered and seeded into our Super Street Fighter 4 tournament at SVB 20-X.

There will be 8 tournament games at this Years SVB 20-X. Titles like Super Street Fighter 4, Tekken 6, BlazBlue Continuum Shift, Soul Calibur 4, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix, King of Fighters 2002 UM, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core and Street Fighter III 3rd Strike will all be there.
Gamerbase inside HMV will also be supporting this SVB 20-X this year and will be running Dramatic Battles inside of their stores nationwide.

You’ve read it correctly. Thanks to Capcom and our very good friend Leo Tan (Capcom UK PR Manager), Marvel VS Capcom 3 will be making its way to Super VS Battle 20-X.
Be one of the first in Europe…… no….. the World to check out this awesome title. MVC3 is scheduled to be released in 2011. So if you want to get you hands dirty before then, SVB 20-X should be your destination.
XBOX 360 and Playstation 3 versions will be present at the event.

Unlike last year, all tournament registrations MUST be done in advance as we will not be registering players to enter games during the event. This does not include entry. Anyone that wants to pay for entry on the day can do so, but at an increased rate. Advanced entry fee will be much cheaper.
Entry/Tournament Fees:
Venue fee for all 3 days: £15 (advanced fee) or £25 during the event. Tournament entry: £10 (advanced only) – no registration on the day.

King of Fighters 2k2 UM + BlazBlue Continuum Shift added to the SVB 20-X line up

2 games have been added, and 2 games have been dropped from the Super VS Battle 20-X line up. King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift will be replacing King of Fighters 12 and BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger.
King of Fighters 2002 UM will be on Playstation 2 and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift will be on Playstation 3.

Extra game added:
For all of you Street Fighter 2 Fans out there, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix has now been added to the Super VS Battle 20-X roster. We will be using the XBOX 360 version this year.
Advanced Registration:
Registration for Super VS Battle 20-X will officially open this Wednesday 26th May 2010. So make sure you are prepared. Advanced Sign ups will be open for 2 and half months before they close.

We invite everyone to attend what undoubtedly will be one of the most exciting fighting game events the World has ever seen. Do you have what it takes to participate in this epic battle?
Super VS Battle 20-X will be an apocalyptic 3 day extravaganza taking place on the 20th, 21st and 22nd August 2010 at the Byron Hall which is part of Harrow Leisure Centre.
Harrow Leisure Centre’s 1500 capacity super hall was the perfect choice for an event of this nature and SVB 20-X will be held there. Lots of room, free parking and only a few minutes walk from Harrow and Wealdstone train station which has good connections with Central London and Gatwick Airport.
